Como siempre con Mi Intranet SGRH, la toma de vacaciones se realiza en 3 clics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El empleado tiene una visi\u00f3n en tiempo real de los siguientes datos de su cuenta de ahorro de tiempo :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>N\u00famero de d\u00edas acreditados,<\/li>\n<li>N\u00famero de d\u00edas solicitados (pero a\u00fan no aprobados),<\/li>\n<li>N\u00famero de d\u00edas solicitados y aprobados,<\/li>\n<li>N\u00famero de d\u00edas tomados,<\/li>\n<li>Saldo disponible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Estos datos tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n disponibles para el administrador en cualquier momento.<\/p>\n<h2>Puntos clave del m\u00f3dulo de cuenta de ahorro de tiempo<\/h2>\n<p>En el nivel de configuraci\u00f3n, es posible establecer :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El per\u00edodo de cr\u00e9dito de la cuenta de ahorro de tiempo para cada <a href=\"https:\/\/www.my-intranet.com\/es\/tipos-vacaciones\/\">tipo de vacaciones<\/a> (vacaciones pagadas, RTT y recuperaci\u00f3n),<\/li>\n<li>el n\u00famero m\u00e1ximo de d\u00edas (u horas) que el empleado puede acreditar durante cada per\u00edodo,<\/li>\n<li>el n\u00famero m\u00e1ximo global de d\u00edas para la cuenta de ahorro de tiempo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mi Intranet SGRH es capaz de gestionar la cuenta de ahorro de tiempo en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.my-intranet.com\/es\/dias-trabajados-dias-laborables\/\">d\u00edas trabajados, d\u00edas laborables, d\u00edas naturales o en horas<\/a>. It is even possible to feed it from types of leave managed in hours or days, with the module ensuring automatic conversion when necessary.\n\nThis granularity in the configuration allows for the best possible adherence to the rules set in the collective agreements.\n\nThe time saving account tracking module is an integral part of leave management. Thus, an employee will only be able to credit to their account those days that are earned and available in their balance at the time of transfer to the account.\n<h2>Reporting<\/h2>\nAt any time, the administrator can edit a report listing the time saving account credit requests as well as all takes for each employee. This report is available online and exportable to Excel (XML format).\n<h2>About time saving account<\/h2>\nThe time saving account is an account made available to each employee of the company. According to well-defined rules in a company agreement, the employee can feed his account each year with paid vacation days, RTT or even overtime.
